Built around movement for everyday life. Reduce the risk of injury during every day tasks by learning how to lift and move safely holding weight - all while toning and building lean muscle.

PILIFT By LMC - Pilates x Strength

Mat pilates roots with the added benefit of strength training. Hit the mat for a 30-45 minute mat class designed to build core strength, create length and recruit secondary muscles to allow primary muscles to function for efficiently. An excellent compliment to strength training.

Strong-HER

Focused on progressive overload to gradually and safely build muscle. Compound movements and high emphasis on form and technique for safe and effective hypertrophy to completely change your body composition.

Momentum

A dynamic circuit style cardio based class. This keeps you moving improving overall agility and stamina. Noticeable increase in energy levels and continued fat burning long after the workout is over.

Function & Flow

Blending strength & mobility for the perfect combination of strength and restoration. Class follows the same flow as functional fitness with the addition of intentional stretching stations to finish off.

Core Restore - Deep Core & Pelvic Floor
